I shouted, "a new virus has broke out!"
the swine virus ,also known as H1N1, is roaming all around the world.many were infected and some even died.this is going to be a tragic moment for us.
it has visited countries like, Indonesia, America and the most worst of all Singapore, our dear, beloved country. the number of people that has been infected is over 1000.most of these people has recovered and got back home.although many has recovered it does not mean that we can ignore as in serious cases some have even died. due to this , Singapore has take precautionary measures. citizens who have been to the infected countries after 22 june are to be quarantined. even though he or she is not yet confirmed to be infected, this action is just to ensure others are not infected.a lot of action have been taken out so as to reduce the number of confirmed cases here in Singapore.even schools has been asked to help in doing reducing victims. we have been given pamphlets by teachers to tell us more on this virus and what can we do to lessen the possibility if us getting infected.
since this virus broke out i have been taken precautions.one way of doing that is by having good hygeine by washing hands with soap and doing it in the recommended way. another way is to have social distancing, meaning, avoiding unnecessary gathering, keep a distance of about 1 metre away from one another andminimise the shaping of food, drinks or personal items. in school we take our temperatures two times a day, and if our temperature exceeds 37.6 degree celsius then we should be responsible enough to report to the teacher in cahrge.
this virus is a scary, and harmful thing so we should always becareful when doing anything.
